Working with four other architect teams on the master plan and design of the redevelopment of the Stonegrove Estate in North London for Barrett, Family Mosaic and the London Borough of Barnet. The scheme delivers a balanced community of around 1000 mixed tenure housing. It aims to achieve a high density while providing well planned modern apartments with access to good quality usable amenity space, maximum daylight and views within an efficiently engineered, passive design envelope.
